Essential maintenance for the File Sanctuary Cloud

We will be undertaking essential maintenance work on the File Sanctuary Cloud on 2024-04-24 between 18:00 and 21:00 BST. This maintenance will allow us to perform upgrades that lay the groundwork for future improvements to our Cloud platform. It will also provide a 10x boost to network performance, and provide additional capacity upgrades to our Cloud platform.
During this maintenance, groups of Cloud Servers will be shut down for a short time. Any services provided by those Cloud Servers (including Web and Email Hosting) will be unavailable while they are shut down. We will then boot the Cloud Servers up again later in the maintenance window, restoring normal service.
