Customer Portal Customer portal not sending email

We have received reports that some customers are not receiving email from the customer portal. This was primarily due to an error in a firewall configuration change on Monday afternoon. This problem has now been resolved and missing emails should arrive shortly. We are however now seeing a separate problem delivering to AOL email addresses. This issue has been raised with AOL's postmaster team and we will continue to work with them to resolve the issue. Email from other parts of our network continues to flow normally.
