Software upgrade for Plesk hosting platform (complete)

Tonight's maintenance is now complete.

Software upgrade for Plesk hosting platform

In order to bring the latest features and capabilities to our Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting customers, we'll be upgrading the new Plesk hosting platform on Monday, October 28, 2019 between 17:00 and 23:00 GMT.

As a result there will be brief periods when the hosting control panel, websites, and email accounts hosted on the platform will be temporarily unavailable, and you may see errors while trying to use these services. Once the maintenance is complete, these errors will clear with no user action required.

We do not expect any service to be down for the entire maintenance window, instead it is expected that most services will only go down for an hour or so before they come back online. Nonetheless we're booking a longer maintenance window in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Cloud Servers, our old Virtualmin hosting platform, and all other services will be unaffected by this maintenance work.
